4143/C8 It comes from the Alto Piura region, Peru, and is made with hand-selected white Creole cocoa beans.

Blanxart follows the “Bean to Bar” process, controlling the entire process from cocoa selection to packaging.

It is characterized by a well-rounded flavor with notes of citrus, red fruits and Brazil nuts (for the 77% version). It can present notes of wood, tobacco, licorice, coffee and leather.

It is an ecological (organic) product.
